Quick update today.  Rates are as low as we have ever seen them.  Based on some of the negative financial news coming out of Europe investors are putting money into the safety of Bonds and Mortgage backed securities.  these rate could last a day or a week or a month we do not know.  but if you or anyone you know is looking to refinance soon have them call me today... 801-253-HOME (4663)
